You can forward your Office 365 emails to another address by following these steps. This is useful if you have an email address at a company because you're a board member or a volunteer, and you don't want to add yet another email account to check on your phone or computer.
- Click the settings icon in the upper right corner of the Outlook Web App and then click View all Outlook settings
- Click Mail -> Forwarding and check the boxes for Enable Forwarding and Keep a copy of forwarded messages and enter your forwarding email.
Make sure you check Keep a copy of forwarded messages if you want emails to be retained in the forwarding account as well. Otherwise, you will only get the emails at the final destination. You may need these emails for your records in the future, so it's wise to check that box.
